  1. I heard about this awesome blog from a friend Missy Tomlinson Petchel, first and foremost about the awesome book you are going to raffle and then by actually reading a few of the blogs.
One that really stuck out to me was about cows milk. Ive been gluten free for 3 weeks now and finally started dairy free this week. I thought my daughters eczema might be due to either one, still not sure which or if either is even the cause.

  2. Tara, thanks so much for sharing!!!

Welcome, Celena! I hope you find some good ideas and recipes to help you try out dairy free. If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a shout. I know that it can seem daunting in the beginning, but before you know it, you'll know exactly what to cook and won't miss it at all. And until then, be sure to check out the cashew cheese log recipe if you need a cheese fix. :)

Extra giveaway entries to you both - and to Missy for sending Celena our way!
