Would a little vegan soul food hit the spot this weekend? Check out the new Soul Food Saturdays at Raphsodic Cooperative Bakery in Orlando. This special menu kicked off last weekend and is offered only on Saturdays from 11AM to 5PM.On the menu this week . . . mac n cheese, collard greens, cornbread, waffles, sorrel and buffalo "chicken". Yum!
