Making the switch to a whole-foods diet doesn't mean that food has to be boring - in fact, the opposite is often true. So many times, I hear about kids who only eat a few items (often as few as can be counted on their fingertips). How much more opportunity for fun is there by introducing dozens of new healthy, colorful foods in the form of fruits and vegetables?
