  1. Hi Jessica ~ I am so glad to have found your blog thanks to the Meatout event. Your posts are great. I am especially anxious to try the agave-mustard dressing. I have looking for an oil-free dressing and that one sounds delicious! The lentil tacos also sound great. So hopefully I will be checking back in with some recipe comments soon.

I can personally attest to Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. I haven't had a failed cupcake from that book yet. I am particularly interested in the first book for a friend of mine who is a single mom of two young girls who are always sick. She can't imagine removing dairy. So I am always looking for great resources for her.

Thanks again for your awesome blog! I loved both posts on March 20th. The protein post is classic though.

    Cheers! ~ Cindi

  2. Thanks so much, Cindi. I would love to hear if you try any recipes. Just posted a new oil-free dressing (raspberry vinaigrette) tonight.

Disease-Proof would be a great book for your friend. It's the one that started it all for me. I mean, how can you resist a title like that??? Of course, you can't go wrong with cupcakes either. :)
