Congratulations to the Winner of our February Giveaway

Growing Healthy Sprouts is only a month and a half old, and already I've loved making so many new contacts with others looking for optimal health. I never knew that I'd enjoy sharing recipes and ideas as much as I do - and receiving tips from all of you as well.

That said, the winner of our third giveaway is the first that I've known outside of this blog. Congratulations to Carol Haile!!! You have your choice of any of our five remaining books - Eat to Live, Disease-Proof Your Child, Appetite for Reduction, Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World and Vegan with a Vengeance. I can't wait to see which one you choose and hear how you like it!

Thanks to everyone for following along during our first few months here at Growing Healthy Sprouts. Entries for our March giveaway (your choice of the four remaining books) start today! Coming up this month, I'll be blogging about my CSD adventures, sharing the results of a fun new kitchen gadget, focusing on healthier "fun food" recipes and getting ready to co-host our second Veg-Curious event in Orlando.

  2. I can't believe I won!!!!! How fun...thank you, thank you thank you. Jessica is mentoring me down this new path of eating (mostly) vegetarian. I just made this commitment in November and haven't had any meat since...but am eating some fish. My taste buds have found delight in the new flavors and textures. Picking between Vegan with A Vengeance and Appetite for Reduction was hard, but my final answer is Vegan with a Vengeance..until I saw that Appetite for Reduction is Low Fat Recipes...so that's it, really finaly answer: Appetite for Reduction. Same author...so I'll probably have to go by Vegan with A Vengeance.

  3. Oh, good choice Carol. Definitely a toss-up between those two, but Appetite for Reduction is my current favorite. I had no idea you'd been meat-free since November. How great! Congrats again! :)
