I'm guessing that the dinner is similar to the Fall Harvest Dinner that Infusion hosts each October. Jim and I attended this past fall for our anniversary, and the food was absolutely wonderful. I was also able to mix and match the wine and tea pairings, having a glass of wine with the first course and tea with the rest of them.
